What products are eligible for returns?

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in Canada within 15 days of purchase. Our 30 day return policy for purchases made between December 15th 2025, to January 15th , 2026.

All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including boxes and pouches.
Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

How do I return an online purchase?

Selviagalore offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

Local drop-off: Simply drop bring the item to our designated drop-off location (address provided at checkout). Drop-off is free.
Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.

Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Store credit refunds are issued within 3 business days.
